Local Privacy Notices
The DriverX Privacy Policy is global. Where the law of a territory requires something different, an additional notice is published that applies only there.
The DriverX Privacy Policy is a global document. It applies to all users, wherever they are located.
What a Local Privacy Notice is
Some jurisdictions impose additional or different requirements: rights that do not exist elsewhere, their own response deadlines, mandatory information about the supervisory authority, or figures such as a local representative. Where DriverX operates in such a place, Techno Services LLC publishes a Local Privacy Notice for that territory.
A Local Notice supplements the global Policy; it does not replace it. It prevails only in what the law of that jurisdiction expressly requires, and only for users subject to that law. Everything else continues to be governed by the global Policy.
